Elder Helen Payne

Helen is an Ambassador for Christ, a spiritual life coach, a motivational speaker, advocate against Domestic Violence and an author.

Helen is a survivor of domestic violence and through her trails and tribulations of pain, she birthed Daughters of Divine Power Women Ministry in 2012.

Helen is committed to transforming women’s lives from just existing in life to rise above painful life situations and becoming who God created them to be.  Helen is known as a midwife who coaches women through the laboring process of giving birth to their dreams and goals.

Helen is a member of Life Changing Ministries International where she serves as a faithful member.  She believes being a servant of God is an honor.

In 2013, Helen was licensed to preach the gospel.  In 2017, she was ordained as an Elder, both under the leadership of Apostle Karen E. Harden.  

Helen received her certification as a Life Coach in 2019, and now offers spiritual life coaching to women who are broken-hearted and feel unworthy.  

Helen’s ministry includes teaching Bible Study, hosting workshops, conferences, retreats and facilitating women’s ministry groups.

Helen has volunteered her time teaching and facilitating workshops at the Fluvanna Women Prison, located in Troy VA, the Virginia Correctional Center for Women, located in Goochland VA  and Hanover Safe Place, located in Ashland VA.  Helen also volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).  She believes in serving her community and giving her time, energy and love to encourage others.

Helen is a wife, mother of three daughters, and mema of seven grandchildren that brings her so much joy.

Helen loves to cook and entertain, making her guests feel like royalty.  (We are of a royal priesthood)

In April 2022, Helen launched her book entitled ‘Beyond Just Existing’.  She is the creator of the 31 Day Affirmation Series “Becoming a Better You”.

Helen’s latest accomplishment is forming her Daughters of Divine Power ministry into a 501c3 non profit organization to be able to serve women in a better capacity by providing a safe place, resources, educational tools, training and community events to enrich women's lives.  

Helen continues to make a lasting impact in women's lives through her uniqueness, her genuineness, and her ministry of words.

Minister Helen Payne is a person God have placed in my life for a lifetime. We are sisters of the kingdom, so she is the one I trust to confide in with matters of the heart.
