INFORMATION USED TO PROVIDE YOUR PURCHASE

When you buy or request a resource, the services operating this store process information such as your email address, order reference, selected products, payment status and any billing information required at checkout. Contact requests also include the information you choose to send us.

We use purchase and support information to deliver resources, provide access, answer questions, maintain purchase records and identify which products you already own. Payment-card details are handled through the secure payment provider; never send them to our support inbox.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Payhip hosts the store, checkout and product delivery. Stripe processes card payments. MailerLite manages opted-in email subscriptions and email workflows. A purchase-sync service keeps product ownership and email exclusions aligned. Each provider also processes information under its own applicable privacy terms. MARKETING CHOICES

Marketing emails are optional. Buying or downloading a product does not require agreeing to promotional emails. Where you opt in, MailerLite is used to send the requested guide and related Elevated Choice updates and offers. Purchase records and product-ownership tags may be retained separately from marketing consent so you can receive purchase support and avoid inappropriate product promotions. Withdrawing marketing consent does not remove access to a product you already purchased.
