Please allow 2 weeks before due date needed by to fulfill your order and an additional 2-5 shipping days on the selected shipping you chose. For any digital products, they should be delivered to attached email. If you haven't received, make sure to check your junk email as well. Any orders that have rush added, will be processed before any general orders without rush needed. Tracking numbers will be sent to email and phone numbers attached when order is placed.

All sales are FINAL! We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed unless contacted by us and was discussed on valid reason. Because all custom products are made specifically to your order as well mockup that was sent to be approved, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your items. To process your claim, you must provide:

• Your order number
• Photos showing the damage to the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility for a replacement or store credit. Damaged items must be unused and in their original condition when reported.

Refunds are only given to damaged products unless discussed!
