Elite Production sells digital downloads. Because files can be delivered immediately after payment, refunds are limited.

Standard rule

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

the product skeleton / kit has not been used for production work, and

you delete the downloaded files from your devices and cloud storage.

How to request

Use the Contact form at https://payhip.com/EliteProduction/contact with:

order email

product name

reason for the request

confirmation that files have been deleted

When refunds are not available

more than 7 days after purchase

files have been used to produce deliverables, briefs, or published content

the request is for a change of mind after substantial use of the materials

chargebacks filed without contacting us first (we'll try to resolve support issues directly)

Delivery issues

If your ZIP does not arrive or a file is corrupt, contact us first. We'll replace or re-send before discussing a refund.

Alignment with product pages

If a product listing states a different refund rule, that listing controls for that product.
