The Tbilisi City Guide is made for travellers who want to get more out of their visit to Tbilisi. Whether it’s your first time in Georgia or you’re a hardcore Tbilisi fan like me, I'm confident that you will find new experiences and fresh perspectives inside this book.
Naturally there is some overlap between the blog and the book, but the two are very different. I have expanded on many topics so you will find that the ebook is more in-depth compared to what is presented on the website.
Another key difference is the way the guidebook is organised. While I tend to write about themes (e.g. cafes) for the blog, The Tbilisi City Guide is organised by district. This will make your trip planning easier and allow you to quickly access information when you’re on the ground in Georgia.
The Tbilisi City Guide is edited to be comprehensive yet concise. It will save you hours scrolling through blog post after blog post.
And best of all, there are no ads!
The Tbilisi City Guide is a digital ebook (PDF file) that you can read on your laptop, tablet or phone.
Two PDF files are included: a high-resolution version (recommended for viewing on your laptop) and a compressed version (recommended for viewing on your phone). The PDFs contain identical information, but the compressed version has lower-quality images. Download one or both depending on your needs.
Physical copies (i.e. printed books) are not available at this time. If there is enough interest, I will look into doing a limited print run of the guide in the future.
The Tbilisi City Guide costs 15.99 USD. Please note that an additional VAT charge might be added at checkout depending on your location.
Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email from Payhip containing links to download the guidebook files. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly (without any typos) at the time of purchase.
To access your file, click the 'download' link in the email. Please check that you have enough room on your hard drive, otherwise the download might fail. If you are running low on storage space, you might want to download the compressed (lighter) version.
Once the download is complete, your PDF copy of the guidebook will be stored on your computer/phone/device in the same location where your other file downloads usually end up. You do not need to use the download link every time you want to read the book. Instead, you should just refer back to the file stored on your device. Please hang onto the email from Payhip just in case. When a new edition of the ebook is available, you will receive a new email from Payhip with a new download link (see below).
Please note that downloads are automatically capped at 3 per purchase. If you need to reset your download limit, please email me.
To ensure the book remains current – and to keep you in the loop regarding closures and new openings – The Tbilisi City Guide will be updated annually. All customers get free lifetime access to future ebook editions.
