Lionel Lodge

With over 40 years in the entertainment industry, Lionel has been involved with a diverse spectrum of the industry as a business founder/manager. Including founding a live music booking agency, founding and being senior editor of an entertainment magazine, and managing a music licensing agency. Lionel has worked on both sides of the sync licensing sector of the music business, including the above and music supervision and clearance for independent films.

With a large network of global industry professionals, he is well respected for his ease of communication and deal negotiation.

On the creative side, Lionel has played 1000’s of shows in many countries, written hundreds of songs, and co-written many more. He has produced albums, engineered recordings, arranged music, and has 12 albums released under his name.

Lionel is currently recognized as highly knowledgeable on the entertainment industry, with the core focus on the mechanics and revenue streams of the music industry, and IP rights management.

Lionel is CEO of the multi innovation award winning SyncLodge and on the board of directors for IAFAR (International Association For Artists and Rightsholders). He has been invited to speak at many industry conferences in many countries, and international forums including a United Nations conference as a keynote speaker and a panel moderator. He is consistently being invited to do educational workshops at recognized industry educational institutions in the USA, Canada, the UK, and Europe.
