Hey there! I'm Kim, your friendly Jamaican American Personal Vegan Chef. Cooking has been my passion since I was just 8 years old, and I've taken that love and turned it into a career. I proudly graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Degree in Culinary Arts, honing my skills and expanding my knowledge.

For the past 5 years, I've embraced a vegan lifestyle, and let me tell you, it has been an incredible journey. I haven't looked back since! In fact, my dedication to veganism has been recognized, and I've had the honor of being featured in Voyage MIA magazine. But more importantly, I'm a staple of the vibrant Miami vegan community, sharing my love for plant-based cuisine with others.
