Hi, I'm Jone


I've been in the fog – anxious thoughts spiraling at 2am, too exhausted to shower, feeling guilty for resting while my to-do list screamed at me. I've pushed through burnout until my body forced me to stop. I've smiled through high-functioning depression while feeling completely empty inside.


That's why I created this guide.


Not because I have all the answers. But because I learned that small, practical steps – done daily – saved me when big solutions felt impossible.


What I believe:


👉 Recovery isn't about doing more. It's about doing what actually works.

👉 You don't need a perfect routine. You need a realistic one.

👉 Rest is not laziness. Boundaries are not selfishness.

👉 And you are not broken – you are exhausted.


My promise to you:


No judgment. No "just think positive" nonsense. No 50-step wellness plans that assume you have hours of energy.


Just simple, actionable tools I've tested on myself and shared with friends who were struggling too. Tools that work when you're at 10% energy. Tools that respect your time, your brain, and your unique struggle – whether you're a burned-out employee, an overwhelmed student, a tired parent, or someone who looks fine but feels far from it.


A few things about me:


· I believe in progress over perfection (still learning this daily)

· My favorite recovery tool is a 10-minute walk with no phone

· I've cried in parking lots and called it "emotional release" – it counts

· I offer this guide as "pay what you want" because mental health support shouldn't be a luxury
