End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (EULA) outlines the terms and conditions for using the SFX & CC Packs sold by EoinCINEMATICS (hereinafter "EoinCINEMATICS" or "Licensor").

1.1. Grant of License

EoinCINEMATICS grants you, the purchaser (hereinafter "Licensee"), a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, revocable license to use the SFX & CC Packs (hereinafter "Licensed Assets") purchased from EoinCINEMATICS, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1.2. Permitted Use

You are permitted to use the Licensed Assets in your personal and commercial projects, including, but not limited to, monetized content on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and for client work.

1.3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute this pack or any part of it, whether modified or in its original form.

• Sublicense, lease, lend, rent, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Licensed Assets, or any part thereof, to any third party.

• Claim these Licensed Assets as your own.

1.4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in and to the Licensed Assets remain the sole and exclusive property of EoinCINEMATICS. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You acknowledge that the Licensed Assets are protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
