Hi, I’m Erica Doig, a therapist and neuro-somatic practitioner specializing in trauma-informed care. I’ve spent years supporting individuals navigating complex challenges, including addiction, betrayal trauma, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and somatic therapies, and I focus on helping clients uncover patterns, understand their core beliefs, and develop practical tools to manage their thoughts and emotions.


I created this workbook to bring the same strategies I use in session to people outside my office. These are tools I’ve seen work helping clients gain insight, reduce overwhelm, and take actionable steps toward healthier thinking.
