★ GENERAL

✦ All Erill products are digital licenses and remain the property of Erill.

✦ Your purchase is for personal use only. The person listed at checkout is the license holder, and the license cannot be transferred or shared.

✦ Gift purchases only grant usage rights to the recipient. The buyer does not receive a personal license unless they purchase one separately.

✦ All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds and returns are not accepted.

✦ Erill may update these Terms when necessary. Continuing to use an Erill product means you agree to the updated Terms.

✦ Avatar uploads from the Erill store are free through my Discord server.

✦ If you need help uploading your avatar, please open a ticket in the Discord server so I can assist you directly.

✦ Sharing your Erill avatar files with others for uploads or any other reason is not permitted.

✦Please keep in mind that VRChat is regularly updated, so some Erill. products may not remain fully compatible with future versions of the game.

✦ Any attempt to bypass, exploit, or intentionally reinterpret these Terms will be considered a violation.

★ PAYMENTS & CODES

✦ Chargebacks or payment disputes made without a valid reason may result in your license being revoked.

✦ If your license is revoked, you must stop using the associated Erill product.

✦ Discount codes cannot be combined unless Erill specifically allows it.

✦ Free or promotional codes are intended only for eligible members of the Erill community. Sharing them with others is not allowed.

★ PERMITTED USE

✦ Personal edits are allowed as long as the avatar remains recognizable as the original Erill avatar.

✦ The original head and body must remain intact. Head swaps and major sculpting changes are not allowed.

✦ Erill credits, branding, or required names included with the product must remain.

✦ Each purchased avatar may be uploaded to one VRChat account only.

★ PROHIBITED USE

✦ Sharing, leaking, reselling, trading, or redistributing Erill products or files.

✦ Uploading Erill avatars as public avatars on VRChat.

✦ Using Erill products outside VRChat unless explicitly permitted.

✦ Extracting, ripping, or separately reusing any part of an Erill product.

✦ Giving another person access to your files or allowing them to use your license.

✦ Using Erill products or their files for AI training, NFTs, or similar purposes.
