Welcome to my site. I'm Esther, a mother of three, a Reflexologist, Hypnotherapist and crafting enthusiast.

I have a passion for all things about the mind and am interested in how we all react differently to the same stimuli. The courses I have created are a mixture of everything I have learnt over the many courses I have completed and also finding what worked and resonated with me. In the words of a dear friend 'I'm not reinventing the wheel, just making it move more smoothly!' Some of what you will read and hear you may have already heard and some things may be new. All I ask is you bring an open mind and enjoy my slant on things.
