I'm Kirsty Baggs-Morgan and I'm an accredited (AoEC) Executive Coach with a 20+ year career in international HR leadership roles. I've worked in multiple different industries and have lived and worked in the UK and the USA. I am based in London, UK and I currently do a part-time Head of People & Talent role at a fintech start up as well as running Ethica.
I founded Ethica HR in 2019 to provide coaching and development to other women in HR, as a result of not having access to that kind of support as I was growing and developing in my own HR career.
I work with up to 10 one to one clients at any given time, usually for either a 3 to 6 month period, depending on their personal goals and recently decided to offer small group coaching programmes as well, with a maximum of 5 people per group.
I am on a mission to smooth the path for developing HR professionals as they transition to strategic or leadership roles and am determined to eradicate self doubt and lack of confidence in the HR profession, as these seem to be key issues holding back some amazing women from reaching their full potential.
