I’m Cindy Ettienne-Murphy, a British educator, author, doctoral researcher and neurodiversity advocate with more than 25 years’ experience in education, including school leadership and headship. I hold a BA (Hons) with Qualified Teacher Status, the National Professional Qualification for Headship and an MSc in Psychology, Mental Health and Wellbeing, and I’m a Member of the Chartered College of Teaching. As a proud dyslexic educator, I bring lived experience together with educational and psychological knowledge to create accessible, engaging resources for diverse learners. Through Diamond Education Hub and NOWAY Academy, I transform imaginative stories and complex ideas into dyslexia-friendly teaching materials that help children participate, think confidently and enjoy writing.
NOWAY Academy combines imaginative visual storytelling with structured, curriculum-linked resources for Years 5 and 6. Every lesson helps pupils notice, discuss, investigate and write—with dyslexia- and neurodivergent-friendly support built in from the start.
