I’m Josh, a retired Army veteran, fitness coach, and the creator of Everyday Strength.
For years, I trained hard. Running, lifting, conditioning, and pushing myself to see what I could do.
But eventually, I realized something: training harder isn’t always the answer.
Life changes. Your body changes. Injuries, stiffness, work, family, and just being busy can make it harder to maintain the fitness routine you used to follow.
I’ve been there myself.
That’s why I created Everyday Strength.
It’s built around a simple idea: you don’t have to destroy yourself in the gym to become stronger, fitter, and more capable. The goal is to build strength, endurance, mobility, and conditioning that actually carries over into everyday life — while keeping training practical and sustainable.
These programs are designed for people who still want to train hard, but don’t want their entire life to revolve around the gym.
Simple training. Real strength. Built for everyday life.
That’s Everyday Strength.
