Don't redistribute avatars in any form (i.e. making avatars public, sharing files, price splitting, etc.) If you wish to buy an avatar for someone, use the gift receiver's information.

Don't buy my avatars with the intent to use it for asset mining, buy the assets from their original creators.

All required information must be filled out upon checkout, if you leave any required boxes blank or filled with outdated contact information, your access to the product will be revoked.

Refunds will not be provided, as all the work on Exodys is digital. If you have any issues/claims with a package, please use the contact page instead.

Any avatars can be used in works such as Tiktoks, Streams, or Videos with the proper credit to the model/author with a hyperlink to the store page.

All purchasing/gifting rules apply for the avatars apply to the assets. (i.e. No redistribution, correct information, no refunds, etc.)

Assets can be used on ANY avatar unless the asset itself states otherwise.

(personal, commercial, nitro, limited, etc.)

Repeated offenses/failure to comply to the T.O.S will result in permanent restriction from the shop.
