[AVATAR USAGE]

FREE/COMMERCIAL: Any avatar made and sold by Exodys cannot be reused for monetary gain of any form. If someone is found to have resold bought Exodys models, leak bought Exodys models on forums/websites, upload bought Exodys models as public avatars onto VrChat, and/or share files of bought Exodys models between parties who do not own a license, any gathered socials of the offending parties will be gathered and added to a public blacklist shared between other VrChat creators, as well as permanent expulsion from the shop.

PUBLIC: Any avatars uploaded by Exodys to VrChat are meant as a way for people to enjoy my models without having to upload the files themselves. That being said, do not gatekeep any Exodys model that is public. I cannot enforce any punishment for gatekeepers, but I would like for everyone to experience my avatars.

CONTENT CREATION: Any avatars made, sold, and uploaded by Exodys are free for use in content creation, regardless of platform. Any model used must be given credit to with the name of the model and one of the Exodys shops upon someone requesting where the model came from. If a content creator uses an Exodys model in any way that breaks the Terms of Service of the platform they use, Exodys takes no accountability for the punishment given to the person held responsible. Every model is made to be safe for work with its default toggles.

[ASSET USAGE]

COMMERCIAL/FREE/NITRO: Any assets made and sold by Exodys can be used on free and commercial avatars with no limit on assets per model. All avatars that are uploaded to a store front such as Gumroad, Payhip, or any other store front that allows digital purchases must include the asset(s) used in the avatar with a hyperlink to the asset page or store page. Failure to rightfully credit an asset made by Exodys can lead to a suspension from buying assets from the Exodys shop, repeated cases can lead to a permanent expulsion from the Exodys shop.

LIMITED: Exodys does not believe in time gating content, no matter the media. If an asset made and sold by Exodys is found on a limited avatar sale, the original seller will be blacklisted from Exodys if the asset is not removed before the sale ends.

PUBLIC: Any assets made and sold by Exodys can be used on public avatars in moderation. There is no limit on assets per model, but any unused textures or unused geometry should be cut from the final project to reduce ripper/leaker incidents for assets. There is no enforcement on this policy, this is simply an advisory.

COMMISSIONS: Any assets made and sold by Exodys can be used on commissioned avatars with no limit. Only the avatar creator has to own a license for an asset in a commissioned work. The person commissioning the creator cannot share a previously bought license or file of the asset(s) used with the creator, as that is considered leaking an asset. If found sharing asset(s) without both parties holding a proper license, both parties will be expulsed from the shop.

[DOWNLOADS & REFUND POLICY]

All assets and avatars bought and used by Exodys are made under the pretense that the customer has the basic skills needed to use Blender or Unity for the corresponding products. All products come in FBX format for assets and Unity Package format for avatars. Every avatar product page comes with set-up instructions on how to set up the Unity scene for a smooth upload to VrChat.

NO REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED. All content made and sold by Exodys is digital and sold in the form of downloadable files, and as such does not qualify for refunds due to the nature of fraudulent chargebacks. If you decide for any reason to issue a chargeback for a product bought from the store, you will be blacklisted from Exodys as well as have your information be saved and shared with other VrChat creators to be blacklisted from their stores if they choose to do so.

If you feel that the product does not match the information on the product page or doesn't function as intended in game or in Unity, you can contact us directly through the discord server's ticket system. If the avatar is not to your liking, you choose to not use it, or performs poorly on your device, these are not issues that constitute a refund/chargeback.

Repeated offenses/failure to comply to the T.O.S will result in permanent expulsion from the shop.
