Hi, I’m Gary Dean—host of a podcast about everyday life and a lifelong meditation practitioner. I’ve been meditating for over 20 years, originally as a way to relax. In the past five years, I’ve reached a point where I can move through daily life in a meditative state.

Many people struggle with distractions and feel overwhelmed by the different styles of meditation. That’s why I created the Red Heart Meditation—a guided practice designed to help you focus, relax, and connect with your true self. Through the power of verbal imagery, we paint a picture in the mind that gently leads you into a deep meditative state—even if you've never been able to meditate before.
