As the founder of F2A Education, I created a hub for educational excellence that introduces the Future Leaders Microschool. My mission is to ensure that every student—regardless of their grade level or unique learning profile—has access to the tools, mentorship, and personalized strategies they need to succeed. I believe that education should not be one-size-fits-all; it should be as dynamic and capable as the students it serves.

My Background & Expertise:

With a deep-seated passion for educational advancement, I hold a Master of Education in Educational Technology and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership. Combined with my experience as a school director and English Learner Director, I bring a wealth of practical, classroom-tested knowledge to every resource I create.

I am also the author of Doing What Matters, a guide born from my commitment to cutting through the noise and focusing on the core strategies that yield real, lasting student achievement.
