About Me

I have always been a fitness enthusiast. I started working out in the basement when I was a kid with my mom (leg warmers and all). I continued being a dire hard fit girl throughout my college years and beyond, but once I had kids, it became increasingly harder to remain consistent.


Juggling family and work, I had very little time for my workouts or my fitness. I started gaining weight, feeling exhausted, self-conscious, and depressed. Out of desperation, I started on every diet trend I could get my hands on. I basically starved myself and ruined my metabolism in the process. I realized there had to be a better way and I had to figure it out fast.


In the meantime, I received two indoor cycling certifications, my barre certification, a sports nutrition certification, and my Tabata GX certification. I studied what foods help support the female body, what foods burn fat and what foods build lean muscle. It took a lot of time to figure out my plan and unlock the keys for feeling good about myself and doing it without starving and hours of working out.


I decided I wanted to share this knowledge with other women. I wanted to create a plan that would work for busy females who are struggling to get healthy, strong, and fit. After a lot of hard work and beta testing, I developed my Fit Peaches Group Coaching program.


I streamline everything so it takes the guess work out of what foods and exercise women need in order to see changes with their body and health.


Today, I am proud to say that my program is changing the lives of women. They are losing weight, getting stronger, and feeling more confident than ever before.
