My name is Francislyn Penesa. I started loan signing in 2021. It was a part time gig for me to make extra money on the side. I soon fell in love with it. I learned that I was making the same amount of money in 3 hours loan signing than I was at my 9-5 job. So, I made the switch! Initially, I only signed for signing services and soon after I went direct! The rest is history!! I now have so much more time with my family than I ever did as I make my own schedule. My goal is to help other notaries perfect the craft of loan signing. I give tips, tricks, and resources that I have learned throughout my journey.
