Hi there! I’m a guy who decided to create a fitness site for women. Yep, you heard that right! 😅
Sounds a little strange, doesn’t it? But sometimes life takes you down unexpected paths – like starting FYAH FIT MAMA: a space where women can get inspired, work out, and build confidence with a smile.
And if you’re thinking, “Wait, what’s this guy doing here?” – don’t worry, I haven’t completely lost myself in the world of women’s fitness. I also run ManModeMastery, a project focused on men (active in Bulgaria and Germany), so balance is definitely in check. 😉
But I’m here to say – fitness is for everyone. And yes, I’ve finally decided to show my face. 😄

When I started POWER MAMA, I didn’t expect to see big changes so quickly, but the program really surprised me. Phase 1 was exactly what I needed – it’s not too intense, but still activates my body. The workouts don’t take much time, and I feel more energetic and stronger. I see progress in my body tone, and it gives me extra motivation. The program is perfect for women who are starting from scratch and don’t want to overdo it, but still want to see results.
After giving birth to my child, I couldn’t find time for workouts, but I decided to try POWER MAMA. The program is a great balance between cardio and strength exercises, and even though it’s intense, it didn’t feel too difficult. At first, it was hard to adjust to the faster pace, but with each week, I started feeling stronger and more motivated. The workouts are short and easily fit into my daily routine.
