What type of products do you offer?

We create simple, practical digital resources designed to make everyday life a little easier for teachers and educators. Our resources include classroom printables, reference tools, activities, and ready-to-use materials.

Are these physical products?

No. All products are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped to you.

How do I access my purchase?

After completing your purchase, you'll receive access to your digital product and/or the provided download or resource link. Save your files somewhere convenient so you can access them whenever you need them.

Do I need Canva to use these products?

If a product specifically includes a Canva template or Canva link, you will need a free Canva account to access and edit the template. Products that are provided as PDFs or other finished files do not require Canva.

Can I edit the resources?

It depends on the product. Products labeled as editable Canva templates can be customized in Canva. Printable PDFs and finished resources are designed to be printed and used as provided.

Can I use these resources in my classroom?

Yes! Purchased resources are intended for your personal classroom or educational use. You may print copies for your own students.

Can I share the files with other teachers?

Purchases are for the individual buyer. Please don't email, upload, redistribute, or share the files or template links with others. If another teacher would like to use a resource, please send them to our shop to purchase their own copy.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately, digital purchases are generally non-refundable. If you have an issue accessing your purchase or believe there is an error with your file, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

What if I have trouble accessing my purchase?

Don't worry! If you run into a problem with a download or template link, reach out through our contact page with your order information and we'll help you troubleshoot.

Can I use your resources commercially?

Our resources are created for personal and classroom use unless a product specifically states otherwise. They may not be resold, repackaged, or used as part of another commercial product.

Do you create custom resources?

We may occasionally take suggestions for future resources. If there's something you'd love to see in the shop, send us a message!
