After 25 years as a qualifed social worker building relationships with those who have experienced significant trauma, harmful relationship conflict (as a parent, in marriage, couples/partnerships, siblings, in the workplace) - it was time to cast the net wider and share my learnings with the world.

My motivation is clearly depicted in this famous Quaker saying from Stephen Grellet:

I expect to pass through this world but once. Any good, therefore, that I can do, or any kindness I can show to any fellow human being, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.
