Hi, I'm Kathy. We (my husband and I) are grass based farmers in Ohio. We have a variety of livestock, including a substantial sheep flock, a few beef cattle, poultry of all sorts and, of course, our hand milked Jersey cows, Aleene and Melba. We have hands on experience with quite a few other dairy breeds, as well, including Ayrshire, Dutch Belted, Guernsey, Holstein, Milking Shorthorn and plenty of crossbreds.
