I have been vegan/plant-based since December 2013.
I only really discovered my passion for cooking a couple of years ago after suffering with health issues. I wanted to know exactly what was going into my food and so I started to get creative with food, which sparked something within me. Who knew a couple of years later cooking would become my career.
I now focus on easy, fast recipes (because no-one wants to spend ages in the kitchen after a busy day at work). All my recipes are 100% plant-based (and mostly alkaline), and I try to use as minimal ingredients as possible, to keep it affordable and easy to follow.
There is nothing more I love than being in the kitchen, creating and coming up with new recipes, and now I just want to share my knowledge and recipes with the world x
