I am a Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Life Coach, and a self-published author. I assist women being healthy, well, and fit, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Also assisting them to be confident and to be the best version of themselves in every area of their lives. 

I am an Elder in my church, I love volunteering, and I love spending time with my children, family, and friends.
