Hi, I’m Michele 👋
I only work with beginners — not because it’s trendy, but because I was one.
I didn’t grow up as “the fit girl.” I only started dancing at the age of 26. The only option I got as a kid was pottery classes and aftercare. That was it.
By then, I was already married young, locked into corporate life, paying a mortgage and quietly feeling like my inner spark was fading. I was like "Dam, is this all there is too life?!"
Movement changed everything for me.
What started as a way to feel alive again turned into a passion for teaching, coaching, and helping others reconnect with their bodies — without intimidation, pressure, or perfection.
I went on to become a dance teacher, studio owner, and eventually fitness coach, working with everyday women who wanted to move, but didn’t know where to start (or how to stick with it).
Then life threw another reset: I moved from South Africa to Canada, started again from scratch, and rebuilt — just like so many of the women I now coach.
Today, I help beginners build confidence, consistency, and momentum through approachable movement that fits real life.
No extremes. No punishment.
Just progress that feels good and lasts.
