About Me
I’m Aaron Chacon, PhD, MS, and one of the founders of Final Boss Fitness.
For more than 14 years, I have worked with people who want to improve their body composition, performance, health, and overall quality of life. Over that time, I kept seeing the same issue: people often had a reasonable diet or training plan, but something underneath the plan was creating enough friction that progress became far more difficult than it needed to be.
My background includes a B.S. in Nutritional Science, an M.S. in Nutrition Education, and a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Nutritional Sciences. My doctoral research focused on circadian biology, blood pressure rhythms, metabolism, and how the timing of interventions can influence the way the body responds.
Final Boss Fitness exists to make that information useful outside of a lab, a classroom, or a vague “just get healthier” conversation. I care about helping people understand the systems that shape their progress, including sleep, recovery, blood pressure, metabolism, digestion, bloodwork, and the practical realities of living a normal life while trying to improve.
I do not believe most people need another extreme protocol. They usually need better context, a clearer plan, and enough consistency for the body to actually respond.
That is the goal behind everything I create here.
