Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if:

• You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.

• You were charged incorrectly.

• You cannot access your purchased files due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
