Carolyn J. Murphy is the Founder and CEO of Firm Foundations Community Outreach, LLC, a multifaceted organization established to aid individuals in navigating the aftermath of trauma. As a survivor and overcomer of childhood and post-childhood trauma, she understands the ebbs and flows of navigating trauma, thus, the inspiration behind her book God, Why Did You Save Me? Carolyn’s goal is to help individuals shift their mindset concerning their trauma, showing them how to unshackle from the past but also how to use it as a stepping stone into a life of freedom. As the Mindshift Coach, she can help individuals phase through to wholeness and connect them with the resources they need.

Carolyn holds a BA in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing an MBA. Further, she is a TN-certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS). When she is not helping others, you will find her enjoying cruises, listening to music, taking long walks in the park, and watching action, drama, and comedy movies, and because she absolutely loves to laugh, she thoroughly enjoys stand-up comedy.
