I’m Carolyn J. Murphy, a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS), author, speaker, and Founder of Firm Foundations CO, LLC. My life’s work was born out of overcoming both childhood and post-childhood trauma, which taught me the importance of being truly seen and heard.
