We aim to provide a high-quality, structured experience for all participants and customers. Please read our refund terms carefully before booking.
Coaching Sessions (In-Person Programmes)
• All bookings are secured in advance and are non-refundable.
• If a participant is unable to attend a session, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers for missed sessions.
• In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or injury), credit for a future block may be considered at our discretion.
• If a session is cancelled by us (e.g. venue issue or unforeseen circumstances), a replacement session or credit will be provided.
Digital Products (Online Resources)
• Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable once access or download has been granted.
• If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will resolve this promptly.
Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that a full programme is cancelled, a full refund or credit will be offered.
