Hi, I'm Will, a food lover who is into his fitness (clearly).

I was a teacher for 16 years, but changed careers after I went through my own health transformation and became a qualified Personal Trainer. I have always had a passion for food and cooking, so wanted to make use of this in my new ventures and started to write down the recipes I had created and compiled over the years.

My philosophy around fat loss is not about starvation or denying yourself the foods you enjoy, this only leads to misery and ultimately failure. Instead, I am all about eating the foods you enjoy in moderation, or finding lower calorie ways of making them that taste just as good!
