Flavia Pino Pasternak is a Senior Consultant and Managing Director & Co-Founder of Evoltiva (Chile), specializing in Vertical Leadership Development, Leadership Coaching, Team Development, Cultural Transformation, and Organizational Change Management. She brings over 20 years of experience helping leaders and organizations across diverse industries achieve higher levels of effectiveness and impact.

She serves as Senior Advisor and Lead Facilitator — locally and internationally — on cultural and digital transformation programs and Evolutionary Coaching initiatives, with deep experience in the mining and energy sectors, including the Immunity to Change (ITC™) methodology.

She is an Associate Professor at the School of Business, the Faculty of Engineering and Sciences, and the Corporate Development Center of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a Guest Professor at the School of Engineering of Universidad del Desarrollo, in Santiago, Chile.

Flavia holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, a Master's in Human Resources Management, and an MBA Foundations Degree from The Hague University (Netherlands). She is a certified Immunity to Change (ITC) Evolutionary Coach — trained by Minds at Work (USA), the institution founded by Harvard professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey — a certified Team Coach (European Coaching School), and holds certifications in Leadership Maturity and Mental Complexity Assessments (The Leadership Circle Profile and the Subject-Object Interview, SOI).
