Flexible Eating Lifestyle

Hi! My name is Chris Russell and Ive been training now for about 15 years. I am a little bit late too this fitness and lifestyle game but no matter what age you are at there is no time like the present to start your own journey. If you are looking for a quick fix than sadly that does not happen especially if you want long term weight loss. Comes down to calories in and calories out plain and simple! Most of you reading this are either advanced, intermidiate or even just starting out! 3 things I wanted to do with this book are

1. Easy to make (Some maybe a little advanced but practice!)
