- What is a wellness program?
A wellness program is a comprehensive health initiative designed to maintain or improve well-being through proper diet, exercise, stress management, and illness prevention.
- Why is health education important?
Health education is important because you cannot make an informed decision on your health if you do not know how it works or how your body works. Though we have spent a long time with our bodies, we have not done much listening to them.
- I've purchased a membership, now what?
Yay!! I am so very excited that you have decided to join our program and take the necessary steps to improving your health! Now all you need to do is head over to Facebook, like and follow the page ( so I can add you to the private Facebook group) and make an appointment through the Facebook appointment system. ( I receive automatic notifications so as soon as you book an appointment I will know)
- What happens if I do not lose weight in your program?
This question honestly depends on you, how much are you willing to maneuver to get into the best health of your life? The fees are not refundable but neither is the time. Let's just do our best in the moment and that in itself always guarantees results.
- Are fees refundable?
No.
- How long does each membership last?
Each membership purchase is valid for 30 days. Unless you are on automatic subscription, it ends after 30 days.
- How do I find the link to make an appointment?

- Why do I need an appointment?
Initially when the membership is purchased, you would need to go to the Facebook page to set up an Initial Appointment. During this appointment, we go over health details, habits, preferences, goals, etc. this appointment usually lasts between 30-45 minutes and is really important since it sets the tone for reaching your goals throughout the program.
- What are check ins?
Check ins are the follow up appointments you ( or I, in any given case) schedule through the Facebook appointment system to check on progress and what's been learned or unlearned so far. For Basic Tier check ins are biweekly and for Premium Tier check ins are weekly.
- When is your e-book due for release?
I am aiming for August but let's just stick with coming soon..
- What should my goals be starting out?
Your goals should be smart. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Rewarding and Time bound, which is why check ins are important to make sure you are mentally, physically, and spiritually in the place to support your goals.
