You are going to buy a digital product. As soon as you confirm your purchase, Payhip will send the link(s) in your inbox. There is no way for me to know that you haven't received the link(s). Therefore, returns or refunds are not possible.

Payhip manages all purchases. They will send the link(s) to download your purchased product(s) by email. Make sure you provide the correct email address and check your spam or junk folder too.
You can download from a desktop computer only, not from your tablet or mobile phone. Changing browser can help too.
