Digital Products

All aircraft liveries, configurations, and downloads are for personal use only. You may not sell, modify for resale, or share any part of the products.

Licensing

Purchases grant a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use in flight simulation. Redistribution or use in group packs, commercial projects, or livery collections is not allowed.

Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.

Fly Equinox is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to process your purchase and provide support.

Refunds are NOT provided under any circumstances.

All liveries, models, and configuration files are digital products, and once delivered, they are considered used and non-refundable. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to read the compatibility notes and simulator support before purchasing.

⚠️ Buying a livery for the wrong simulator (e.g., FSX instead of P3D) does not qualify for a refund.

⚠️ Requests for refunds due to download issues will only be reviewed for file corruption — not buyer error or misreading the product description.
