Forever Heart Press ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect: your name, email address, and delivery address (for paperback orders).

Why we collect it: to process and deliver your order, keep you updated on its status, and respond to any questions or support requests you send us.

Who sees it: only the services we need to run our store and fulfil your order — Payhip (our store platform), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), our print-on-demand printer (to print and post paperback orders), and BookFunnel (to deliver digital files). We do not sell your information to anyone.

How to ask us to delete your data: email info@foreverheartpress.com and we will delete your personal information from our systems, except where we are required to keep records, for example for tax purposes.
