I’m Lorenzo Williams, a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, retired AssistantArea Director, Air Force Firefighter, Maxwell Leadership Speaker and lifelong student of leadership, service, and personal growth.

After more than 20 years of military service and a career dedicated to safety, leadership, and helping others, I’ve learned that life’s greatest lessons often come through adversity, sacrifice, relationships, and the courage to start again.

I created Forged In Service to share real-life wisdom that helps men rebuild discipline, protect their peace, strengthen their character, and rediscover their purpose.

My mission is simple: to remind men that their past doesn’t define them, their struggles don’t have to defeat them, and their next chapter can still be their strongest.
