FormaStat is an independent quantitative research project focused on how market narratives hold up against data, history, and changing financial conditions.

Our work combines economic reasoning with empirical analysis to study not only where markets ended, but how they traveled—the sequencing, drawdowns, financing conditions, and divergences that simple historical analogies often hide.
