Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and access issues are handled for purchases made from Founder’s Shortcuts.


1. Digital Product Policy

Founder’s Shortcuts sells digital products, including downloadable templates, guides, prompts, resources, and related digital materials.

Because these products are delivered digitally and may be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, unless required by applicable law.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
  • You were charged but did not receive access to the product.
  • The product file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
  • The product delivered is materially different from the product description.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You no longer want or need the product.
  • You bought the product by mistake but already accessed or downloaded it.
  • You expected a different result from using the product.
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing.
  • You do not have the required software, tools, or apps needed to use the product, where such requirements were stated or reasonably expected.

4. Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital and are usually delivered immediately after payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

  • A short explanation of the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


7. Review of Refund Requests

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.


8. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first so we can assist you.

Submitting a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution of the issue.
