All products sold by Fralo's Faith are digital products, including ebooks, guides, workbooks, and other downloadable files. No physical products are shipped.
Delivery
After completing your purchase, your digital product will be provided electronically using the delivery method available on the checkout platform. You will not receive a physical item by mail or courier.
If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and are delivered electronically, all sales are final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.
However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving or accessing your purchased product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Refund requests relating to duplicate purchases or other exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
