Hi, my name is Franchesca Verzo! I am a 19 year old college student who absolutely loves everything to do with the gym, fitness, and building a better lifestyle for yourself. I am also a NPC bodybuilder! This past year has been dedicated to completely transforming both my body and my mind, and fulfilling the promises I made to myself at the beginning of the year. Now, as the year wraps up, I would love to start helping other people, specifically young girls, reach their goals in the gym as well! I am extremely passionate about fitness, and hope to use that passion and drive in helping others who may need some guidance. <3
