Françoise Hélène constantly embraces growth and is a poet based in London, UK who finds inspiration through nature, music, art, human life, spirituality, ancient wisdom and holistic health research.

Her poetry journey began in December 2018 and, in March 2019, her first poetry collection was a winner of The White Label Prize. She has now published two poetry books.
