Hi, I’m Matt, a coach and ministry leader dedicated to helping men dismantle performance-based mindsets and live in the freedom already won by Jesus Christ.

I know firsthand how exhausting it is to live like a spiritual contractor instead of a secure child of the King. For years, I stayed stuck on the performance treadmill, trying to "perform" my way into God’s favor before I finally discovered the rest of being a son.

I founded Freedom 4-U to help men move from the exhaustion of doing to the radical freedom of being in Christ. My passion is helping you see yourself exactly how the Father sees you: fully known, deeply loved, and already free.
