Refund Policy
At Freemasons Community operated by GIVI PULSE LTD, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and print-on-demand merchandise to our valued customers. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloadable Files)
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
Once a product is purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you encounter an issue accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at support@freemasonscommunity.life, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
2. Physical Products (Apparel, Merchandise)
Our apparel and products are made to order. We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item or size
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at support@freemasonscommunity.life with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing ordered.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After this window, your item may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
