Everything stated here is here for reasons, everything will be hopefully covered.

• Refunds: I do not do refunds considering it isa digital product, Meaning once bought you CANNOT ask for a refund or get money back, Don't try to get out of buying a free avatar.
• Uploads: Any paid avatars upload is 5$. Considering it is a paid model it takes time to upload, If it a free model the uploads are free.
• Ripping/leaking: If you are caught ripping or leaking ANY of my avatars, you will be banned and blacklisted. This is against my TOS
• Sharing Codes: If I have given my customers free codes. such as FFL, and you are found sharing the code. You will be banned and blacklisted, you are sharing something.
• Taking Things OFF: If you are found taking things off my said projects you will be revoked of any kind of downloading etc.
• Alt Email/Account: If you are banned/blacklisted or you have your rights revoked, and you are using an alt account you will be taken into account and possible legal laws will be applied.
• Claiming Work: If you are claiming and reselling my work as yours, your rights will be revoked.
• Editing: You can edit my avatars or my work, as long as it is recognizeable. You can edit textures etc. as long as I know it.
• Streaming/Promo: We encourage it heavily, but please make sure you credit my work and show who its by.
