About Me

Hi, I'm Corey! I'm a fitness coach and wellness enthusiast to helping transgender men build strength, confidence, and a routine that works for them.


I created these workout plans because I know how challenging it can be to find fitness guidance tailored to trans men, especially for those managing chronic illness. My goal is to make fitness approachable, effective, and empowering for every step of your journey.

With years of training experience and a focus on masculinising strength and fat loss, I've developed structured plans that fit into real-life schedules without overwhelm


Outside of coaching, I love experimenting with new workouts, tracking progress, and sharing tips that actually work-because I've been in your shoes, and I know the difference a well designed plan can make.
