What is processed

When you buy, I process your email address and the order data (product, price, date, order number, country). Payment is handled by the payment provider; I do not receive full payment details.

Purposes and legal bases

- Performing the contract and delivering the file: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

- Meeting commercial and tax retention obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

- Sending product information, if you ticked the box at checkout: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Recipients

This shop runs on the platform of Payhip Limited, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Payhip processes order and contact data to operate the shop and pursues its own purposes under its own privacy policy. Payment is made via PayPal. This involves a transfer to the United Kingdom.

Retention

Order data that constitutes accounting records is retained for eight years under § 147(3) AO; the period starts at the end of the calendar year in which the order was placed. Consent-based data is kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights
