Welcome to Ganashmitra. We create educational ebooks and learning resources designed to make learning fun, simple, and meaningful for children.
Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing our digital products.
1. Digital Products
All products sold through Ganashmitra are digital products, such as ebooks, PDF learning resources, activity books, worksheets, and other downloadable educational materials.
No physical product will be shipped.
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive access to your purchased digital product according to the delivery process provided on our website.
2. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and are made available for download/access after purchase, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or made available to the customer.
We therefore do not normally accept refund requests for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchase
- Not liking the content after purchase
- Purchasing the wrong digital product
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Personal preferences regarding the design or content
However, this policy does not limit any refund or other consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Inaccessible Product
We want you to have a smooth experience.
If:
- You purchased a product but cannot access it,
- The download link does not work,
- You received an incorrect file, or
- The downloaded file is technically defective,
please contact us and explain the issue.
We will review the problem and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, corrected download link, or another suitable solution.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant purchase details.
We will review the transaction and determine an appropriate resolution.
5. Cancellation
Because digital products may be delivered immediately after payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.
If you believe you made a purchase in error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
